Admissions Online

Welcome to Montclair Community Pre-K and thank you for your interest in our school. 

Please note all applications submitted here are for the Montclair Communuty Pre-K NOT the Mini Mounties public PreK.  If you are looking to apply for the Mini Mounties public PreK program, click HERE for information.  

Online Application Process

We will begin accepting applications for the Montclair Community Pre-K tuition based program for the 2024-2025 school year according to the schedule below:

January 29 and 30, 2024 7:15am - Priority registration for 3, 4 and 5 year old applications begins.  "Priority" refers to alumni and current families only and is available for children fulfilling these requirements for the 2024-2025 school year. 

If you are not a priority family and fill out an application during this time period, your application will be deleted, and an adminstrator will contact you to reapply on the appropriate day.

January 31, 2024 7:15am - Open registration for all families begins.

Please note the birthdate requirements when applying for our programs :

3 year old program - child turns 3 by October 1st 2024.

4 year old program - child turns 4 by December 31st of 2024.

5 year old program - child turns 5 between July 15th and December 31st of 2024.

We welcome families on a first come, first serve basis, with priority given to current and alumni children and Montclair residents. Spaces in our tuition based programs will be limited and we will keep an active waitlist.

Application Process

To begin the Online Application process, you will first need to Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.  Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive additional information on your application status.

Registration and Enrollment

Once we receive your application, you will hear from MCPK regarding admission within 5 days of our receiving the application. 

After receiving acceptance notification, parents will receive the information necessary to complete the enrollment process; those receiving notification a waitlist status will be updated on that status throughout the Spring.
